We’ll arrange a no-obligation consultation to discuss your goals, current fitness level, injury history, lifestyle, and any frustrations you’ve had with training in the past.

3 Assessment & Plan
You’ll complete a movement and fitness assessment. From this, a personalised training and nutrition strategy is created around your goals — fat loss, strength, rehab, or performance.

4 Schedule Your Sessions
Choose training times that fit your routine. Sessions are booked weekly to keep you consistent and accountable.

5 Start Training
Begin your 1-to-1 coaching with structured sessions, clear progression, and ongoing support — no guesswork, no generic programs.

6 Track Progress & Adjust
Results are monitored regularly and your plan is adjusted to ensure steady, sustainable progress.

1-2-1 Programs start from £200/month for Basic package – Perfect for beginners / Standard package £400/month – For clients that want to take their fitness to the next level / Premium package £600/month – For the ultimate fitness transformation!
