My 1-2-1 Personal Training programs will provide you with a structured training plan and nutrition advice specifically tailored for you, your starting point taking into account any injuries, and imbalances that will fit around your lifestyle.

I provide coaching and advice that, if followed, will make you fitter, healthier and stronger than you have ever felt. My job satisfaction is seeing my clients enjoying their personal training sessions and building healthy lifestyle habits whilst seeing progress.

You are investing in you, your physique, your health, and your well-being when you commit to personal training with me. I understand this and am fully committed to providing you with a return on your investment that goes far beyond the results you want to achieve.

My areas of expertise are Fat loss and nutrition, strength training, post-injury rehab training and sports-specific strength & conditioning.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 2 x 1-2-1 Personal training sessions (per week)

  • Initial movement assessment and lifestyle consultation

  • 12-week personalised training program

  • 4-week training review and program up-date

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan
  • Bi-weekly progress check-in

  • Nutrition guide explaining everything about macronutrition and counting calories

  • £50 per session

  • 12-week program of 24 sessions £400 per month – (My most popular package)
(Some clients opt for 3 personal training sessions per week which can be discussed in your initial consultation based on your goals and length of commitment).

Tailoring my approach to the individual, I put the Personal in Personal Trainer,  by fitting the approach to each client as opposed to trying to fit my clients into a standardised approach that doesn’t fit their lifestyle or that they simply do not enjoy.

Having the support of a personal trainer increases motivation and accountability when it comes to my clients applying themselves to training and nutrition, but I also support my clients to maximise their return on investment, exercise safely and efficiently and see more consistent results.

My focus is to simplify your approach to training and nutrition with an emphasis on accountability, lifestyle habits to see progress and gain momentum. After just a few sessions with me, you will have a better understanding of what you are doing, why you are doing it and increased self-belief that you can achieve more than you initially expected from your Personal Training journey.
