I’ve been a personal trainer in Reigate for 8 years and can relate to the challenges and potential obstacles my clients face. I’ve been there. I’ve been overweight, struggled to lose weight, and had difficulties with emotional eating and issues with my own body image – This is the main reason I become a personal trainer in Reigate to help my clients overcome these challenges and obstacles.

I’ve made every textbook mistake from overcomplicating my approach to training and nutrition to excessive calorie-cutting, dieting hopping, overtraining, and doing excessive amounts of cardio to punish myself.

If you take an all-or-nothing approach, set wildly unrealistic goals, or followed restrictive and unsustainable diet and training plans you’re not alone. As a personal trainer, I provide structure, accountability, and regular check-ins with my clients to ensure these mistakes don’t happen to avoid these common mistakes by taking the most suitable and uncomplicated approach to help them reach their goal.

I’m the voice of reasoning that keeps you accountable and focused on your goals, so you don’t go off track, get distracted or try to cut corners.

And if my clients find things difficult or want to give up, I’m their safety net, most people lose focus when dieting that’s why losing weight is difficult but there’s not an obstacle most people hit that I haven’t overcome personally.

Reigate personal training isn’t about counting reps and sets or how many calories you burn in a workout, it’s about coaching my clients through their journey step by step to help them become fitter, healthier, and stronger.
