Small Group personal training offers personalised group training sessions with me alongside a maximum of 3 other people. This allows for quality coaching and personal attention, whilst being a more cost-effective alternative to 1-2-1 personal training!
Small Group personal training is open to anyone who wants to lose weight, train safely and improve their fitness levels. Whether you want to take your training to the next level or start your fitness journey, my sessions are open to men and women of all ages and abilities – there are no minimum entry levels.
