At Reigate Personal Training teamwork really does make the dream work.

Small Group personal training offers personalised group training sessions with me alongside a maximum of 3 other people. This allows for quality coaching and personal attention, whilst being a more cost-effective alternative to 1-2-1 personal training!

Even better, you get all the benefits of 1-2-1 training in a group – you train with like-minded people, this could be your partner or a close friend which is highly motivating and fun – especially when you all see progress together.


Small Group personal training
is open to anyone who wants to lose weight, train safely and improve their fitness levels. Whether you want to take your training to the next level or start your fitness journey, my sessions are open to men and women of all ages and abilities – there are no minimum entry levels.

After just a few sessions I will know exactly how to train each member individually, and as a group, to maximise your motivation and results so you all progress together.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 2 x SGPT training sessions (per week)

  • Initial movement assessment and lifestyle consultation

  • 12-week personalised training program

  • 4-week training review and program up-date

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan
  • Bi-weekly progress check-in

  • Nutrition guide explaining everything about macronutrition and counting calories

  • £30 per session

  • 12-week program of 24 sessions £240 per month / per person – (My most popular package)
(Some Small Groups opt for 3 training sessions per week which can be discussed in your initial consultation based on your goals and length of commitment)
